B1.0 Urban Lounge — Terms of Use

§ 1. What these terms cover

1. B1.0 Urban Lounge is a space at ul. Burakowska 5/7 in Warsaw, in the Stara Fabryka Koronek complex (the Old Lace Factory). It consists of the Lounge, the Boardroom and the Media Room.
2. It is run by CEDEPE Sp. z o.o., ul. Żeromskiego 53, 90-625 Łódź, tax ID (NIP) 7252008298, REGON 100734578, KRS 0000335790 — “we”.
3. These terms apply to everyone who uses the space: you, your guests and your colleagues.
4. By making a booking, you accept these terms. If you bring someone with you, it is your job to make sure they know them too.
5. The current terms and the price list are at b1zero.pl. The price list forms part of these terms.

§ 2. Opening hours and entry

1. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00–21:00. At weekends — by advance booking only. Members have 24/7 access.
2. Entry is self-service: by code or card. If you have neither, ring the intercom by the door.
3. Your SMS code arrives 30 minutes before your booking. It works from 15 minutes before the start until 15 minutes after the end.
4. Do not share your code or card with anyone. If you do, you are responsible for what happens.
5. Report a lost card or a disclosed code immediately: +48 732 070 557. We answer 24/7.
6. Do not prop the door open, and do not let in people you don’t know.
7. Parking at Stara Fabryka Koronek is available, paid on standard terms.

§ 3. Booking and cancellation

1. Book online in the booking system (lounge.b1zero.pl) or by phone at +48 732 070 557. For online bookings, confirmation is immediate. We reply to written enquiries within 24 hours.
2. A booking is binding once you receive our confirmation.
3. The Boardroom and the Media Room are booked for a minimum of one hour, in full hours.
4. During your booked time, the room is exclusively yours.
5. A Media Room that nobody has booked is open to everyone — first come, first served. The sign by the door shows whether it is free.
6. Leaving your things in a room you haven’t booked does not make it yours.
7. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking — free of charge. After that, we charge half the price. If you do not turn up and have not cancelled, we treat it the same as a late cancellation — we charge half the price.
8. Changing the date counts as a cancellation plus a new booking, unless we agree otherwise.
9. We may cancel a booking if something beyond our control happens — a breakdown or an unforeseen event. In that case, we refund the full amount.
10. We may also refuse a booking if its purpose does not suit the character of the space or breaches these terms.

§ 4. Prices and payment

1. Prices are in the price list at b1zero.pl. Amounts are net — VAT is added.
2. Virtual office packages include a discount on room hire. Details are in the price list.
3. Pay by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before your booking starts. Booking later than that? Pay straight away and send the transfer confirmation to jl@cedepe.pl. If the payment or the confirmation does not arrive in time, we may cancel the booking — we will let you know.
4. Invoices are issued to the details given when booking.
5. If your meeting runs past the booked time, we issue an additional invoice — for every started hour, at the price-list rate.

§ 5. How we use the space

1. This is an intimate place. Do not record or photograph other people without their consent. Don’t look at other people’s screens.
2. Take longer phone calls in the Media Room, not at the shared table in the Lounge.
3. Leave the room the way you would like to find it: wipe the whiteboard, dishes in the dishwasher, rubbish in the bin, equipment switched off.
4. Coffee, tea and water are free for everyone who is here: Members, people with a booking and their guests.
5. You may bring your own food. Catering is easiest to order from the restaurants in the complex.
6. The shower is next to the Boardroom and is available only with a Boardroom booking.
7. Report any breakdown or damage on the same day at +48 732 070 557.

§ 6. What is not allowed

1. Smoking — anywhere indoors, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard.
2. Drinking alcohol — unless we agreed to it in advance, when you booked.
3. Bringing in drugs, weapons or dangerous items.
4. Interfering with installations, technical equipment or network settings.
5. Doing anything illegal or harmful to other people in the space.
6. Selling anything to other users without our consent.
7. Permanently rearranging furniture or equipment without agreement.

§ 7. Guests, children and animals

1. You may bring guests — as many as the booked room holds.
2. You are responsible for your guests for the whole of their stay — including any damage they cause.
3. People under 18 may be in the space only under the supervision of an adult.
4. No animals. The exception is guide dogs and assistance dogs — they are always admitted, and we cannot refuse them entry.

§ 8. Liability and safety

1. You are liable for any damage you cause to the space and its equipment.
2. We are not liable for items left unattended — laptops, documents, personal belongings. We do not offer safekeeping.
3. We are not liable for documents left at the printer.
4. We make sure the network and equipment work, but we cannot guarantee they will never fail. If a failure on our side stops you using the room for more than 15 minutes, we reduce the fee in proportion to the time lost, or give you a replacement booking for the same number of hours. You choose.
5. Our liability for improper performance of the service is limited to the fee for the booking concerned — to the extent permitted by law.
6. The first-aid kit and the fire extinguisher are in the cabinet under the TV in the Lounge.
7. In an emergency, leave the building by the evacuation routes marked in the Stara Fabryka Koronek complex and call 112. Evacuation follows the rules that apply to the whole complex.

§ 9. Privacy and personal data

1. There are no cameras or microphones in B1.0 — in any room. Nothing you do or say here is recorded.
2. The only device that registers anything is an occupancy sensor: it detects that someone is in the room. It does not identify people and makes no recordings.
3. We do not operate CCTV, so we store no recordings.
4. The controller of your personal data is CEDEPE Sp. z o.o., ul. Żeromskiego 53, 90-625 Łódź.
5. We process your data to carry out your booking, bill it and handle any complaint — under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

§ 10. Complaints, changes, final provisions

1. You can make a complaint by phone at +48 732 070 557 or in writing to jl@cedepe.pl. We reply within 14 days.
2. As a consumer, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.
3. We may change these terms. Changes do not affect bookings confirmed earlier. We announce changes on b1zero.pl 14 days in advance.
4. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
5. These terms take effect on 1 October 2026.
